Payment for registration fee The registration fee is 130,00 Euro. It covers attendance of the conference sessions, the tea/coffee breaks, the welcome reception, the bus transfers, the tour of the old town of Salerno and the conference banquet (on Friday), and catered lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. A copy of the Book of Abstracts of the Conference will be shipped to each participant. Since we do not plan to publish proceedings, we encourage the speakers to write a long abstract (plus references) in order to provide enough information about their work and so that the Book of Abstract will have some visibility out of the microlensing community, especially in view of a possible publication on the arXiv. The deadline for registration and abstract
submission is December 10th.
You can submit your title/abstract later by sending
an e-mail to the local organization.
Please note that your registration is NOT complete until the registration payment has been received. For payment (in Euro) by international bank transfer, please transfer the fee to the conference bank account before December 10th:

You can get one receipt per person even if you do a
single bank transfer for more than one person (this might reduce bank transfer
costs). Recall to indicate in the motivation SMC2011 and at least one name, and
then send an email with the full list of persons for which the payment has been
done.
Tickets for the conference banquet are available for your companions at the registration desk (50,00 Euro). Late Registration Fee (after December 10th) The late registration fee is 150,00 Euro. You can either pay it using the above methods, or pay it with cash when you arrive at the registration desk. Refund Policy If you want to cancel your registration and payment, please send a request to LOC before December 10th, and your payment can be fully refunded but with deduction of handling fee (15 Euro). After December 10th, no refund is allowed. |
