Welcome to the 18th IEEE Nanotechnology Materials and Device Conference, October 22nd-October 25th, 2023, Paestum, Italy.

IEEE NMDC is a flagship conference series of the IEEE Nanotechnology Council (NTC), focusing on research advances in the fields of nanoscience and nanotechnology.

The conference includes 8 plenary, 50 keynote, 152 invited and 118 contributed talks as well as 50 posters. Moreover, there are 4 special sessions dedicated to nanoporous materials, neuromorphic and unconventional computing, 2D and 3D printed electronics, nano-enabled icephobicity.

The IEEE NMDC 2023 will be held in the pleasant environment of the ancient city of Paestum, one of the most important archeological sites of south Italy, UNESCO heritage since 1997.
