The Lloyd's Baia Hotel offers a limited number of rooms on a first come first served basis (the room cost starts from € 69.00. This special quotation is for the Conference participants and holds for the period: 12 November-18 November. Note that the cost of the room does not include the city tax per day of € 3.). There are two solutions for the LUNCH BREAK at the Lloyd’s Baia Hotel:

  1. Menù a la carte
  2. Set Menù, the cost is 30 euro (including water); a reservation is required at the reception not later than 9:00 am in the morning of the selected day.

 

1° day: 14/11 lunch

English:

-Tomato rose with buffalo mozzarella

-Fusilli with vegetable ragout

-Fruit

-Rosa di pomodoro con mozzarella di bufala

2° day: 15/11 lunch

English:

-Mezzamanica with swordfish, capers, olives and yellow tomato

-Back of sea bream au gratin Mediterranean style with a bouquet of green beans

-Dorso di orata gratinato alla mediterranea con bouquet di fagiolini

3° day: 16/11 lunch

-Salmon escalope glazed with lemon with sautéed vegetables
